Closing Time

indeed the 15th anniversary celebration was spectacular. it really opens up another chapter in our life as an individual as well as our life in church. anticipating many more good years in church. well done emma. you did great though i know you're stress like seow. cara you did alot of running. you seemed to have slimmed down even more after that. =)

the experience was great, atmosphere was electrifying and exhilirating, the presentation took my breathe away. i personally liked the medley cos i can hear the voices of joanne and gwen. well done gals. was a fan of their voice.

the finale was the best but too short. with the explosion of the confetti, it brought the celebration to a whole new level. it really feels like a concert. very the drama. like in some tv show lidat.

the party after the anniversary was stupendous. i've never enjoyed so much for a long long time. the dinner at sushi tei, the chilling out at Harry's and photo taking at various places. i thank God that i have friends to share these moments with, timothy, susi, livi, weiling, shuping. it was great fun. would have loved to stay at home the following day to really rest and relax but went out for dmm. another round of makan. as if i've not enjoyed enough the previous night.

the gals are really evil, they really took the opportunity to fish out details from me on certain thing. thank God i was awake enough not to be duped into revealing stuff, though i was abit tipsy. looking forward to the next session. building stronger covenanted relationship.

after the meeting on sunday i was at the police station. not that i got into trouble but was there to pay a visit to davyd. cannot mention where lah but i'm glad that i got to see him at work and in his uniform. i'm the 3rd person to see him in his uniform. the honor is mine. anyway i realised that its not the chasing or patrolling that strains you but its the desk job part that really test you. i was quite freaked out when this mad man came in and chatted with davyd. he was harmless though but i was kinda scared. need some getting used to. then there were other cases that test your liguistic skills. you really need to know how to speak a few languages. it helps. was there till he closed "shop". it feels good to have a bodyguard cos he was "escorting" me to the bus stop. people must be thinking that i'm some kind of VIP as they walk pass us. was not a wasted trip at all.

p.s: if you are reading this, those thing that we talked about is our secret. shhh.....

as the end of the anniversary celebration signifies the opening of a new chapter of Hope church, it also means the opening of another chapter of my life as a 26yo. am anticipating new thing and greater things. i'm waiting God....
